Ferdi is an Indonesian born illustrator / artist. His works are mostly inspired by interactions between people, culture and places he has been to and found amusing. He started most of his works using digital medium, however, with printmaking as his career background, he experiments with different kinds of printing material and technique when turning his illustration into uniquely tangible form. With ‘Human Interaction’ as his main inspiration, Ferdi’s works often have an extra layer of interactivity with the viewer.
Ferdi is currently based in Fukuoka, Japan. While working on personal artworks and art commissions, he also works as a designer / printmaker and has done various works mostly throughout Indonesia, Singapore, and Japan.
